Electronic Calibration Technician

We have an immediate opening for an Electronic Technician with 5-years experience in calibration of instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Function Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Frequency Counters, etc. Must be able to diagnose and adjust instruments as necessary. 50% travel required.

Requirements:

•A High School Diploma or GED,
•PMEL/TMDE experience is preferred
•A minimum of 3 years 3rd party commercial calibration laboratory experience
•Sourcing and validating calibration procedures experience
•Working knowledge in ANSI-Z540-I-1994, ISO 9001-2000, and ISO/IEC 17025, and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1
•Understand proficiency testing and certification requirements
•Experience in the calibration of dimensional tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, megohmeters, crimp tools, torque tools, static testers, pressure modules, weigh scales, power supplies, and hand tooling)
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Excellent attention to detail.
•Capable of heavy lifting (50 to 80 pounds).
•US Citizen or US Permanent Resident Status required
•Must have a valid driver license.

Mechanical Calibration Technician

We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Technician with 3-years experience in calibration of instruments such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Height Gages, CMMs, Optical Comparators, Hardness Testers, etc. Must be able to diagnose and adjust instruments as necessary. 50% travel required.
