The Cincinnati Six Sigma User Group was created to:
- deliver additional education
- create a vehicle in which Six Sigma Professionals can collaborate and exchange ideas, tips and techniques that work
- Cincinnati Six Sigma Professionals can network
We meet the second Thursday of each month to address today's hot Six Sigma topics.
To become a member of the Six Sigma User Group and gain free entry into the monthly educational meetings, be sure to fill out the membership form at our next meeting or download a printable version and return it to: ISSSC,

Membership is only $60/year or $225 for corporate members for up to four meetings. Or if you prefer to come to only one meeting at a time, it's only $10 per meeting to participate.

Project description:
While visiting the OhioBeads.com website customers add items into the shopping cart, then abandon the shopping cart without completing the order transaction. The goal of this project is to identify opportunities to decrease the number of customers who abandon their shopping carts; thereby, increasing overall revenue.
