Esau Borja, MBA, BSEE, CSSMBB

Esau is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt instructor and consultant for ISSSC. He was formally trained in LEAN Manufacturing techniques by Pratt & Whitney with over 5 years of implementation experience. 

He has held several Program Manager & Project Leader roles with his previous organizations such as Pioneer Electronics, Ferco Tech, and Cincinnati Sub-Zero.

During his career, Esau has successfully lead the development of LEAN Manufacturing objectives with his past two companies. He has held positions in Engineering, Service, and Call Center Operations where he analyzed the existing operating style and implemented infrastructure improvements which streamlined the workflow by 25%.

He has worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for car audio products for 6 years utilizing DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and DOE tools. He is very well versed in the PDCA cycle and later became Manager of the Mechanical Design Team for over 6 years.

Esau has worked with several government agencies and the US military on various projects. He is also a 10 year veteran Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps where his Military Occupational Specialty was a communication electronics technician.

Deanna Suskovich, CSSMBB

Deanna brings with her Six Sigma expertise and extensive business improvement experience. Indianapolis-based companies like the Ancerra Corporation and Flexware Innovation, Inc. have already benefited from Deanna’s Master Black Belt status, Six Sigma training and years of real life experience in assisting companies continuously grow and improve.

As President/Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Management/Certified Project Manager in Applied Project Management for the Ancerra Corporation, Deanna currently leads continuous improvement efforts with education partners and healthcare clients. She provides client instruction, facilitation and project management of Lean Six Sigma Champion, Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects and works with education partners to help improve the company’s healthcare client base through development and enhancement of the current curriculum.

To supplement her vast Six Sigma and Lean Management training and on-the-job experience, Deanna will receive her Bachelor Degree in Marketing from Indiana University at Indianapolis in May of 2007.

Tom McNellis: CQM, CSSGB, CSSBB, CSSMBB, CMPI, PMP

Recognized as an international trainer in the fields of project management, e-business, strategic management, statistics, customer relationship management, process improvement, and Six Sigma quality, Thomas McNellis is a well-known advisor to corporate leaders who want to improve the bottom line and optimize the boundary-less organization. After five years in Government Service, and twenty-four successful years with the General Electric Company (Corporate Financial Management Program, Corporate Audit Staff, Large Scale Project Management, Large Scale Systems Development, Corporate Staff, Sector Marketing, Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality, and Senior Management), McNellis launched and sold his own successful business before joining ISSSC as Vice President of Research. His undergraduate, and graduate business studies, and post-graduate research were spent at the University of Pennsylvania. McNellis specialized in engineering at the Penn State University Graduate School, and majored in statistics at Temple University graduate school.

Besides teaching at ISSSC, McNellis also teaches at Temple University Graduate School of Business, Penn State Graduate School of Engineering, Drexel University Undergraduate School of Computer Systems Engineering, Immaculata Undergraduate School of Business, University of Pennsylvania Certification Programs, and the UOP Graduate School of Business.

He has a long-term working relationship with the U.S. government and serves as adjunct professor in Drexel's College of Information Science and Technology and Penn State University 's School of Engineering.

Pam Nintrup, MBB, PMP

Pam is a certified project and process management professional with over 25 years of experience. Her experience encompasses all facets of implementing project management practices and process improvement in organizations as well as leading Program Management Offices from inception through full operation.

Pam has delivered training on a variety of topics. Sample topics include: preparation for Project Management Professional exams; basic project management; tools and techniques; project management soft skills – communication, managing change, relationship/team building, conflict management, stress management, motivation and negotiation; process improvement; Six Sigma and ITIL.

Pam has held senior management positions for several large corporations including P&G, American Financial Group, GRE Insurance and US Shoe. In addition to responsibility for all project management methodologies and practices, in these positions Pam was responsible for coaching and mentoring project managers with a wide range of experience levels and developing them to full potential. She was most recently Practice Director for Program and Project Management with Technology Management Partners.

Pam is former President of the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Project Management Institute™. Under her guidance and leadership, the chapter won a prestigious international award for Component of the Year.

Leanne Medlock, BS, ITIL

Medlock offers 20 years of practical Information Technology experience in the area of IT Service Management. She has worked in a variety capacities including hands on technical support roles as well as management and leadership roles. Her professional experience includes a variety of industries and business environments of all sizes and industry leadership roles.

As Principal Consultant of Watershed Solutions, Leanne has worked with a variety of customers providing Foundation through Manager certification courses as well as a variety of consulting services. Her ITIL credentials include Foundation V2/V3, Practitioner, V2 Manager and ITIL V3 Expert Certification. She is an ISO/IEC 20000 Certified Consultant and a fully accredited Service Management Tutor and Trainer.

Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Processing Systems from the University of Cincinnati. A few of the corporations that she has worked with includes Hewlett Packard, Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Procter and Gamble, Premier Lease and Loan, EW Scripps, Fidelity Investments, General Electric Corporation, Comair Airlines and IBM Global Services Managed Services.

Over the last three years, Leanne has played and active role in the IT Service Management Forum USA (itSMF) at both a national and local level. She has been a Board member for the local chapter of the itSMF , Ohio Valley Local Interest Group, for the last four years and served as the 2007 President. She also serves in advisory capacity to the itSMF National Board.
