Esau Borja: MBA, BSEE, CSSMBB

Esau is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt instructor and consultant for ISSSC. He was formally trained in Lean Manufacturing techniques by Pratt & Whitney with over 5 years of implementation experience. 

He has held several Program Manager & Project Leader roles with his previous organizations such as Pioneer Electronics, Ferco Tech, and Cincinnati Sub-Zero.

During his career, Esau has successfully lead the development of Lean Manufacturing objectives with his past two companies. He has held positions in Engineering, Service, and Call Center Operations where he analyzed the existing operating style and implemented infrastructure improvements which streamlined the workflow by 25%.

He has worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer for car audio products for 6 years utilizing DFMEA, DFM, DFA, and DOE tools. He is very well versed in the PDCA cycle and later became Manager of the Mechanical Design Team for over 6 years.

Esau has worked with several government agencies and the US military on various projects. He is also a 10 year veteran Sergeant of the United States Marine Corps where his Military Occupational Specialty was a communication electronics technician.

Daymond Cox: PMP, CSSMBB, MBA-Technology Management, Lean Master

Mr. Cox served with the US Air Force, Kentucky Air National Guard and US Army Reserve, retiring in 2005 with a service related disability. While in the military, Mr. Cox took on many additional duties that focused on caring for and improving the capabilities of the War Fighter. Several of those responsibilities included Combat Support Hospital Training Evaluator, Combat Life Support Instructor, and EMT Instructor Trainer. Additionally he gained knowledge in areas focused on information technology, operations and management. Mr. Cox has extensive project management experience, obtaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2002, and provides project management expertise on for ISSSC client contracts. He holds an active Defense Security Service (DSS) Secret Clearance.  Mr. Cox is a Senior Member of American Society for Quality, serving on the Healthcare and Training committees for the Cincinnati ASQ chapter.

Over the last three years, Mr. Cox has had the honor of working on the largest Lean Six Sigma deployment with the US Army contract. Additionally, his responsibility as a Master Black Belt, Level 1 (highest – Accenture/George Group Certified)  the included the management of the team responsible for the Surgeon General’s Wounded Warrior program, providing Access to Care for these War Fighters.  Additionally he led the team assigned for 2 years to the US Army Medical Command assigned including the North Atlantic Regional Medical Command (NARMC) based in Washington. D. C.  Led the deployment at NARMC…Encompassing 21 states...supporting two medical centers, four community hospitals, four other MEDDACs, dozens of health clinics, which provides medical mobilization/demobilization support to seven power projection platforms. Mr. Cox was also assigned to the Medical Research and Materials Command (MRMC) and the preventive health command (CHPPM), providing training internationally in Japan and Germany for those commands.

Mr. Cox was the Master Black Belt (MBB) coach for all MEDCOM MBB Candidates in addition to his coaching and mentoring of Champions (Gen-CPT/ GS9-SES), Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt coach and mentor. Additionally, he was the administrator for the software packages  PowerSteering and Minitab for MEDCOM. 

Mr. Cox led enterprise wide initiatives in the Risk, Compliance, Legal and Regulatory areas. He has engineered businesses improvements using Six Sigma, Kaizen, BPR and Lean techniques. Mr. Cox delivered training on the Army MEDCOM Balanced Scorecard development while coaching project portfolios with over $16,000,000 in annualized savings using the Lean Six Sigma methodology.

Paul Gormas: MBA, CSSBB, SPHR

Paul is an innovative process improvement leader with a 35 year record of business success achieving high performance goals. Paul identifies critical business issues, analyzes root causes, develops solutions and implements for collective buy-in. He applies strategic, process, and people competencies to achieve sustainable breakthrough performance.

Paul has been consulting and training for the last 6 years in Lean Six Sigma, Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resources. He has worked with over 20 clients in manufacturing, distribution, service companies, public sector and not-for-profit organizations.

Leanne Medlock: BS, ITIL

Medlock offers 20 years of practical Information Technology experience in the area of IT Service Management. She has worked in a variety capacities including hands on technical support roles as well as management and leadership roles. Her professional experience includes a variety of industries and business environments of all sizes and industry leadership roles.

As Principal Consultant of Watershed Solutions, Leanne has worked with a variety of customers providing Foundation through Manager certification courses as well as a variety of consulting services. Her ITIL credentials include Foundation V2/V3, Practitioner, V2 Manager and ITIL V3 Expert Certification. She is an ISO/IEC 20000 Certified Consultant and a fully accredited Service Management Tutor and Trainer.

Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Processing Systems from the University of Cincinnati. A few of the corporations that she has worked with includes Hewlett Packard, Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Procter and Gamble, Premier Lease and Loan, EW Scripps, Fidelity Investments, General Electric Corporation, Comair Airlines and IBM Global Services Managed Services.

Over the last three years, Leanne has played and active role in the IT Service Management Forum USA (itSMF) at both a national and local level. She has been a Board member for the local chapter of the itSMF , Ohio Valley Local Interest Group, for the last four years and served as the 2007 President. She also serves in advisory capacity to the itSMF National Board.

Jeff Pringle:

Jeff Pringle began working in the IT field since 1986 as a Computer Operator in the Insurance/Risk Management Data Center.  Jeff was able to use his experience as a Computer Operator to transfer within the organization into a PC support position in 1988.  Since that point, he has been developing his skills in ever expanding and more responsible roles.   Jeff has been utilizing, trouble-shooting, and supporting Microsoft Office applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access; since 1989 in desktop and network environments.  Jeff has also been involved in training of applications on a personal basis, as well as in classroom settings.
