ISSSC’s 3-Day Applied Six Sigma Training for Green Belts will teach you what you need to know to get started with participating as a Six Sigma Green Belt on a process improvement project team and the skills to lead a Green Belt level process improvement project.

Our seasoned instructors, with real-world experience, teach more than just the theory.  They take students through a Six Sigma project process improvement project utilizing the DMAIC roadmap, concepts and tools needed to participate and lead successful green belt projects. 

Students will receive an introduction to the Applied Six Sigma Business Management methodology and the role of a Green Belt project team member and Green Belt level project leader.

·        > Certification Exam on last day of class

·        > All class training materials, including the Indiana Quality Council book, which may be considered as the best BOK (Body of Knowledge) for Six Sigma that includes Project Management.

·        > 4 mentoring sessions^* within 6 months of the last day of class

Please bring a real-world project to class on the first day. This project concept is what you will work on during the course to apply the concepts of Six Sigma. The span of control of the concept should be in your area of responsibility in which you have intimate knowledge.
